I am indeed! Woot. Yes, I know what you mean about smoking dreams...LOL. I still dream about them occasionally. My cravings have decreased significantly. I don't crave them nearly like I did in when I first stopped. I RARELY want one now and it is much easier to divert the desire for one to something else.
Keep up the good work. Don't give up. It is well worth staying smoke free. Just think of all the money we're saving and time we're spending doing other things instead of smoking.

Hi there. Thanks for the connection request. Yep! Almost a year :) There were tougher days in the beginning. Every now and then, I still think "I wish I had a cig"...but I quickly change my thought process. I even have dreamed about it and when I first wake up I think "oh hell, I cheated" then I realize I haven't...thank goodness. I don't want to start counting over. Also I realized early on that it is better to use the days instead of the months of being smoke free.....It just sounds better (or makes me think so anyway) that 365 days sounds more than 12 months or even 1 year ~ AHAHAHA.
Continue the good work :) I look forward to seeing more of you around Gather.
